Verified ReviewerIkea stole money and never delivered nor refund
I have been in touch with IKEA from now a month and a house to get some furniture delivered which couldnt be in the area. I was living in apparently according to them, I was surprised to see my neighbors could get delivered from IKEA the same day as mine, but they couldnt for me.
I then cancel my order. Three weeks ago. still no refund three weeks later.
I called again the customer service and they said they didnt properly register my cancellation so its going to take another two weeks to get the money back.
Never faced such a bad customer service assuming I work at competition with better logistics, service provider and a five star customer service refunding customer in less than five days. I just wish now I will get the 600 back should I pray?

The only channel which at least responded was their twitter account but they basically opened a ticket and said we will refund in 14 days. It didn't happen yet and they don't give any update anymore.We are still following by another organization which is protecting consumer rights: ACM ConsuWijzer. They said we are absolutely right and IKEA should prove that they delivered the order to us

Self Adhesive ID labels damage IKEA goods

Preferred solution: Adapt the glue on the labels when these are visible product is use normally. Refund would be nice but secondary
